All rates are quoted in Euro and include VAT. In the event of any changes to the VAT (PDV) regime in Croatia, new rates will apply.

 

Croatian Medical Chamber has assigned CEOC the following points:

-    20 points for active participants

-    12 points for passive participants

* Participants from other countries will be provided with the certificate of attendance, which they can use to send to their medical chambers and receive credentials from their countries.

 

 

'Regular' / 'Students&Trainees' registration fee includes:

- admission to all scientific sessions, session and exhibition poster

- congress badge

- congress bag with congress materials

- book of abstracts

- welcome reception

- coffee breaks 

- lunches

- certificate of attendance

 

 

'One day

' registration fee includes:
All of the above for one particular day.

 

 

'Accompanying person' registration fee includes:

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

 

All changes or cancellations of  registra­tion fees and hotel accommodation must be sent in writing to "Penta" Ltd.

Any change (name, hotel or room type, arrival/departure date) or cancellation is possible under following conditions: 

* until March 31, 2018: no charges 

* April 1 – June 01, 2018: EUR 50.00 per any change / cancellation

* from June 02, 2018: EUR 75.00 per change of arrival/ departure date or room type. In a case of registration or hotel accommodation cancellation, no refund will be available. Name change for registration or hotel accom­modation is not possible after June 1, 2018. Any new name or hotel reservation is treated as a new application and is subject to prices and terms valid on the date of change. The same conditions apply for changes on the spot. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
