Online submission of abstracts and digital posters is open.
Abstracts can be submitted without booking accommodation or registering for the congress.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS: August 1st, 2020
Instructions for Writing Abstracts:
- abstract length: max 400 words
- the name of the author who will present the paper should be capitalised
- author and co-author's last name and initials of the first name without titles
- author and co-author's name of institution, city and country
- author's e-mail address
- an abstract may contain:
- objective, method, results, and conclusion
- or case report: background, case and conclusion
- original abstracts will not be edited - linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the author
***All posters will be presented as Electronic Posters (e-posters) on the monitors.

Instructions for the Preparation of e-posters:
- sending e-posters online will be possible only after the Organizing Committee makes a decision on the accepted abstracts, of which you will be notified in a timely manner.
- every e-poster poster must be submitted online. Authors who have already submitted their abstract online must log in to the system with their username and password. After applying, you need to click on "Abstract submission". The “Upload” button will appear for each submitted abstract.
- each e-poster must be submitted by the same person (account) who submitted the abstract.
E-posters must be saved as .jpg /.png
- E-poster dimension must be 1920x1080 pixels (landscape format).
- Please do not use font size smaller than 10 pt.
- E-poster file sizes must be under 20 MB.
Save an e-poster created in PowerPoint (Save As .jpg / .png):
- e-poster must contain ONLY ONE slide showing the entire contents of the poster.
- Please do not use font size smaller than 10 pt.
