Cancellation

Registration cancellations must be made in written form to the Conference Secretariat.
Before April 1, 2026: 80% refund (20% processing fee) 

After April 1, 2026: No refunds will be made after this date

Confirmation of Registration

Participants will receive an acknowledgement of their registration. Reservations will be finalized and confirmed only after having received the payment.
