Instructions for writing abstracts:
- abstract scope: max 400 words
- the surname of the author who will present the work should be written in capital letters
- the last name and initials of the author's and co-author's name should be written without titles
- state the name of the institution, city and country of the author and co-authors
- specify the e-mail address of the author
- Medical abstracts should consist of: objective, methods, results, conclusion
- for the case report: introduction, case report, conclusion
- abstracts will not be proofread - the author is responsible for language and content correctness
All submitted abstracts will be presented in electronic form (as e-posters) at the congress venue and on the congress website
Instructions for preparing an E-poster:
Online submission of e-posters will be enabled after the acceptance of the abstracts by the Organizing Committee, of which you will be informed in due time.
Each e-poster must be submitted online. Authors who have submitted their abstracts, must log in to the system with their username and password. After registration, click on "Abstract submission". An "Upload" button will appear for each submitted abstract.
Each e-poster must be submitted by the same person (user account) that submitted the abstract.
Saving e-posters in .jpg /.png format:
- e-poster dimensions must be 1920×1080 pixels (landscape format; 16:9)
- please do not use fonts smaller than 10pt
- file size must be less than 20 MB
- only one e-poster per abstract is allowed
Saving an e-poster created in PowerPoint (Save As .jpg/.png):
- The e-poster must contain ONLY ONE slide on which the entire content of the poster is shown
- please do not use fonts smaller than 10pt
- file size must be less than 20 MB
- e-posters may not contain audio / video or moving images
- only one e-poster per abstract is allowed
